Welcome to PEC Zone

Hello Guys…

I would like to say CONGRATULATION for those who have already sent the homework as one last requirement to become PEC member officially..

SO WELCOME TO PEC ZONE!!!

So this time I would like to inform all of you about our next meeting, this Saturday May21 at 10 o’clock exactly. I think you have to know that we (me, yori and Bams) have spent much of our times to think about our PEC`s programme. One of the programme is trying to find a Native speaker for our club. Learning english is not easy, really it isn`t!! In the english language it is as difficult to find any two words that will mean exactly the same  thing in all possible connections, as it would be in the natural world to find any two leaves precisely similar in color, shape and size. But it doesn’t mean that english is imposibile to understand. Yes it is possible to substitute one leaf for another in a nosegay without making any noticeable change in the general effect.

The sole aim of speaking or writing is the transference of thought, and if great care is not taken in the selection of the words that are used in order to express ideas, it is impossible to give an accurate and constant practice. English language become a little bit different because english is not our mother language, that’s make us face difficulties. But don’t walk away… There’s something you should know you’ve got a place to go… it’s PEC Zone..!!!

In PEC zone this week we would like to offer you “How the Native in spoken English” directly from the native speaker. We have invited Mr. Nick as our Native guest. He is a musician which is living in Perth-Australia. Actually I found him in the Polytechnic of Andalas University accidentally on Tuesday. I thought it was a good  opportunity for PEC then I talked to him about our PEC and asked him to come if he has a spare time. Finally he answered and agreed to join us this Saturday with all the official PEC member. You may see and listen how he speaks and how he pronounces English words. So you must pay attention on each words and each sentences that he says. Please prepare your self and speak up guys… Practice your english..!! Don’t think about true or false, See I just can’t find the right thing to say, Oh… How can I begin and  how can I be understood. Just Do the BEST!!

Did you ever stop to think that most of us spend the greater part of our life on the job—whatever the job may be?? This means that our attitude toward our job can determine whether our days are filled with excitement and the sense of fulfillment that comes from top performance—–with frustration, boredom and fatigue. So you have to find the way to STOP WORRYING AND START LIVING to show that life is very much what we make it.

Keep The Faith, Because It’s Just A Matter Of Time,
Before Your Confidence Will Win Out
Believe In Yourself
No Matter What It’s Gon’ Take
You Can Be A Winner
But You Got To Keep The Faith

Welcome to PEC Zone…
